Module 1: Personal Mastery

Personal Mastery & Emotional Intelligence (EQ) – a choice, by management level, of 1 day, 2 days, or 3 days (2 days + 1 day a week later) formats. The focus is on developing self-awareness and the ability to manage oneself appropriately and effectively in all circumstances; be proficient in relating to others in a deep and meaningful way; being able to capitalise on relationships through motivation, inspiration, collaboration and influence; and have a clear purpose and direction, with a firm commitment to one’s goals. The module requires that participants engage in honest introspection and open their minds to new, revitalised and focused modes of thinking.

Who should attend

All current and potential Leader-Managers. Programme modules are targeted at and tailored for levels of management which generically (before tailoring for specific client needs and their unique implementation of the Drotter Pipeline) we refer to as:

LEVEL 1 – Junior Managers/Supervisors/Team Leaders (managers of people and junior
managers of managers
)
LEVEL 2 – Middle/Senior Managers (managers of managers and functional managers)
LEVEL 3 – Senior/Executive Managers (managers of organisations/businesses/enterprises)

Group size

12 – 16 participants per group (dependent on level).
